Delete your account

From the app

Open Keiko, then Profile › Settings › Delete my account, and confirm with your password. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app

Write to contact@keiko-training.com from your account’s email address, asking for its deletion. We delete it within 30 days and confirm it by email.

What is deleted

Your account and all the data linked to it: profile, sessions, tracking, nutrition, messages, links with your coaches or athletes. Nothing is kept.

Deleting your account does not stop a subscription: cancel it first in Google Play or the App Store. Payment stays with them: Keiko never has your bank details.
