Terms of use

Purpose

These terms govern the use of Keiko, published by Chimm. Using the app means accepting them.

Your account

Keiko is for people aged 15 and over. Your information must be accurate, and your password stays personal.

Coach accounts

Every coach account is checked before it opens. A coach uses the data their athletes share only to support them, and passes it on to no one.

Health

Keiko is not a medical device. Load, freshness, benchmarks and estimates are based on scientific publications, but remain indicative and do not replace a doctor’s advice. If you feel pain or are in doubt, stop and see a doctor.

Your content

Your data stays yours. You only allow Keiko to store it and show it, to you and to those you share it with.

The service

Keiko is provided as is and may change. We do our best to keep it available, without being able to guarantee it at all times.

Keiko can be used for free; some features require a subscription (see Subscriptions).

Subscriptions

Premium (for athletes) and Coach Pro (for coaches) are monthly or yearly subscriptions. The price, any free trial and the duration are shown before purchase.

Payment, renewal and cancellation go through Google Play or the App Store, depending on your phone. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the end of the current period; it then stays active until that date. The free trial is granted only once. Refunds follow the store’s rules.

An athlete followed by a Keiko coach has Premium included, as long as that coach follows them and has a seat for them in their plan (3 athletes with Coach Starter, 30 with Coach Pro).

Coach Pro also includes Premium for the coach themselves, for their own training.

Deleting your account does not stop a subscription: cancel it in the store first.

Ending use

You can delete your account at any time. An account may be suspended in case of misuse.
