Who we are

Keiko is published by Chimm, the controller of your data. For any question: contact@keiko-training.com.

The data Keiko processes

Your account: email, name, and your mode (athlete or coach).

Your profile: sports, year of birth, sex, height, target weight class.

Your training: sessions, perceived effort, duration, distance, techniques, muscles worked, notes, fight camps (date, weight class, weigh-in).

Your tracking: weigh-ins, metrics, daily wellness, pain and injuries, habits.

Your nutrition, if you turn it on: meals, hydration, goals.

Your exchanges with your coach: messages, notes, proposals.

If you connect a Polar watch or Health Connect (Android): the data you choose to import (sessions, heart rate variability, sleep, weight).

For notifications: a technical identifier of your phone.

If you write to us: your suggestions and your messages to support (with, if you attach them, the app version and your phone model).

If you subscribe: your subscription (plan, dates, trial). Payment goes through Google Play or the App Store: Keiko never sees your bank details.

Health data

Some of this data concerns your health (weight, heart rate, sleep, wellness). Keiko only processes it with your consent, which you give by entering it or connecting your watch or Health Connect. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting it, disconnecting your watch or Health Connect, or deleting your account.

Health Connect: Keiko only reads the data you chose in Keiko and allowed in Health Connect (sessions with their heart rate, energy and distance; heart rate variability; sleep; weight), to show it in your tracking and match your sessions with your schedule. Keiko writes nothing to Health Connect. This data is never used for advertising, sold, or used to train artificial intelligence models. You can remove Keiko’s access at any time in Health Connect.

Why

Only to make Keiko work: plan, track your training and share it with your coach. No advertising, no resale, no commercial profiling.

Who has access

You. Your coach, only for the categories you share with them, and for as long as you keep them.

The providers that run Keiko, each for its own role: Supabase (hosting and account sign-in, European Union (Frankfurt, Germany)); Brevo (account emails and your messages to support, European Union); Expo and Google Firebase (notification delivery); Polar, if you connect your watch; Google or Apple, if you sign in with them (name and email) or subscribe (payment); RevenueCat, if you subscribe (subscription tracking, United States, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses); Open Food Facts, to look up a food or a barcode (no personal data).

How long

As long as your account exists. Deleting your account (Settings › Delete my account) erases all your data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export (Settings › My data) and delete your data, object to processing or ask for it to be restricted.

Write to us at contact@keiko-training.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Security

Exchanges with the servers are encrypted, and each account can only read its own data, or what an athlete shares with their coach.

Changes

If anything important changes, you will be told in the app.
